Full Service is our premium tier. Full service offers minor repairs, upfront reports on home issues, and seasonal maintenance. We also offer full contractor referrals. I will call the contractor and inform them of any larger, licensed issues your home may be dealing with, so they're fully informed before their quoting process.

Full Service is for the homeowner who wants nothing to fall through the cracks. If you travel frequently, own a higher-value home, or want one point of contact for maintenance, repairs, and contractor coordination — this is it. Also the right fit for landlords who need documented, consistent oversight across one or more properties.

$199 per month. Parts for repairs are billed separately. Seasonal services are scheduled around your calendar. No long-term contracts.
