Initial Resource Review
This is the first visit from My Repair Resource. This visit follows the same steps for every homeowner. During the initial review, your home will be examined with your best interests in mind. After this walkthrough, I will walk through the home with you and point out what was observed. This will include any small leaks I found, any obvious pest evidence, moisture behind sinks/shower walls, outlets not grounded, and anything I can find with my experience compared to an average homeowner.

Every maintenance plan begins with the Initial Review because we don't believe in guessing. This visit gives me a complete baseline of your home and gives you a trained set of eyes on the single biggest investment you own. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
*Every plan begins the same way. The Initial Home Resource Review is a comprehensive walkthrough of your home, where we document what we find, identify any concerns, and suggest the course of action from there.
