I started My Repair Resource because I noticed that most homeowners do nothing to maintain their homes. Some do a little here and there, but most are focused on upgrades and remodels, while the real risks go unnoticed — lurking behind walls, in attics, and underfoot.

That light switch that flickers? It could be a short. That bumping sound when the water turns on? That could be water hammer severe enough to overpressurize a pipe. Most homeowners are unaware of these things — not because they lack the capability, but because nobody has ever shown them.

I started My Repair Resource for the people who are exceptional at what they do but haven't had time to learn what's happening inside their walls. For the older couple who have been together for thirty years, she runs the household, and he used to handle everything outside. However, now getting up on the roof isn't an option anymore, and a debris removal company wants $500 for what should be a simple job.

I genuinely started this business to help people. To catch the $200 problem before it becomes the $20,000 disaster. To be the person who shows up every month, knows your home, and makes sure nothing is quietly getting worse.
