Schedule your first Home Resource Review. The first visit takes about 90 minutes, depending on the size of your home. In this time I will walk the exterior of the home and document any inconsistencies or concerns before entering your home and documenting everything inside. During the interior review I will replace your air filters if needed (just fill in your size when you book), test outlets in every room, test/change batteries for fire alarms and Carbon Monoxide alarms, and check for leaks or moisture throughout the home, attic, and crawlspace. After the full home review I will send you every photo that was taken and a full report of everything I found.
