This is the first visit from My Repair Resource. This visit follows the same steps for every homeowner. During the initial review, your home will be examined with your best interests in mind. After this walkthrough, you will receive an in-depth report on everything found in your home. Any small leaks I found, any obvious pest evidence, moisture behind sinks/shower walls, outlets not grounded properly, anything I can find with my experience compared to an average homeowner.

Initial Review $120 Once

Essential

Essential is for oversight, knowledge, and early detection. Essential is for homeowners who want the advanced notice of issues with the home and advice on what to do. This tier is for documentation and information.

  • Smoke/CO alarm testing

  • GFCI testing

  • Leak Observation and reporting

  • Hardware tightening for kitchen and bathroom drawers

  • Hardware tightening for doors throughout the home

Essential $79/mo

Home Care Most Popular

Home Care offers oversight and hands-on maintenance. The issues do not have time to become major. This tier covers all essentials, with the bonus of small maintenance tasks covered each visit.

  • Drain and P-trap cleanings twice a year

  • Gutter and downspout clearings twice a year

  • Small maintenance tasks handled per visit

  • Ongoing maintenance log for future reference

  • HVAC and exhaust fan cleaning as needed

Home care $129/mo

Full Service

Full Service is our premium tier. Full service offers minor repairs, upfront reports on home issues, and seasonal maintenance. We also offer full contractor referrals. I will call the contractor and inform them of any larger, licensed issues your home may be dealing with, so they're fully informed before their quoting process.

  • Seasonal Services: water heater flush, exterior weather prep, dryer vent cleaning, A/C unit cleaning, and hose bib winterization
